观音像 QUAN YIN

观音像 quan yin, originalmente cargada por szefei.

The term Quan Yin Method was coined in the 1985 by the spiritual teacher, Supreme Master Ching Hai, to describe the type of meditation that she herself practices and teaches. The spelling is an idiosyncratic romanisation of a Chinese term said to be in English translation: “contemplation of the sound vibration.”

Ching Hai advises people to learn properly in spiritual practice. She said, don’t just meditate alone or learn from a book, because the book doesn’t empower you; it doesn’t awaken the spiritual protection from God. So you might be prone to danger or all kinds of attack from different forces, good and bad, that are all coming because there’s no guard at the door. Some people are very sensitive souls, and they’re open. Their heart is open, their spiritual center is open, but they don’t know how to deal with or how to screen the different forces that come through the open gates.
